- Which initiatives failed miserably
- What they’re betting BIG on next quarter
- The exact problems keeping their CEO up at night
And the transcripts are just… sitting there. Free. Online. Searchable.
But hey, keep sending your generic pitch on LinkedIn. I’m sure that’s working great.
Pro hack: Don’t manually read 57 transcripts. Feed the data to your customized, knowledge-optimized AI model and ask:
“What pain points is this company mentioning repeatedly?”
“Which initiatives are they prioritizing this year?”
“What language do they use to describe their challenges?”
“How can I maximize my positive impact by tailoring my offering to them?”
While your competition is still figuring out how to pronounce the CEO’s last name, you’re walking in armed with the entire strategic roadmap.
